—"Christian Lacroix and the Tale of Sleeping Beauty" (It Books, 21.99) — I love giving books for the holidays, and this one is for my niece this year. It's the new "fashion fairy tale" by Camilla Morton that is illustrated by designer Christian Lacroix. It's a new twist on an old story and is the latest in a series from the famed, fashion writer.

—Infinity scarves — I love scarves, and my closet is filled with pashmina's in every color. But this year, I'm giving my friends "infinity" scarves — the new "loop" scarves that are perfect for tossing over sweaters and coats.
