The Twitter Poker Tour has just announced that it has joined the Bad Beat on Cancer™ ("BBoC") movement by hosting three charity No-Limit Hold'em poker tournaments on Sunday, February 21st, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Full Tilt Poker.  The tournaments will start 15 minutes apart from one another for a cost of $10.00 ($5 entry fee + $5 donation to BBoC).  Multiple tournament registration is encouraged and the buy-in combines is a very affordable donation to a worthy charity with an inexpensive entry fee for an opportunity to play poker against the top professional poker players of Full Tilt Poker.

The Twitter Poker Tour ("TPT") has taken the twitter poker community by storm.  The TPT, better known on Twitter as #tptpoker, is an online poker league modeled after the casual yet competitive “home game.”  The TPT league is open to everyone interested in playing poker.  There are weekly tournaments with leader board point events where players accumulate TLB points (TPT Leader Board points) to earn cash and prizes at the end of each month.
