Annette Obrestad to re-attempt famous "no-peeking" tournament win
Monday, 26 April 2010 10:59

Annette Obrestad will attempt to recreate her famous feat of winning an online tournament without looking at her cards at the forthcoming Bluff Europe Poker Academy. Annette’s attempt will form part of the Poker Academy Boot Camp series of lectures, in conjunction with BlackBeltPoker.com, which also includes insight from top pros Neil Channing and Nik Persaud.

The two-day boot Camp kicks off on Saturday, 8th May at the Victoria Casino, London, and includes invaluable advice on such topics as variance and bankroll management, analysing flop textures and visualising range equity calculations. There will also be live one-on one hand analysis with the pros and a freeroll for attendees with thousands of dollars in prizes up for grabs, including one WSOP package.

Tickets cost £600; players can register at www.bluffeurope.com/pokeracademy. There will also be a satellite to the event at the Victoria Casino on Tuesday, May 4th at 8.45 pm, where players can win a ticket for £30 + £6. One ticket to the event will be available for every £600 in the prize pool, with at least one seat guaranteed.eom
