PokerStars is celebrating the 2011 World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) by launching the PokerStars Radio – WCOOP show – a series of live radio broadcasts running daily in four different languages from September 7-27. The show is set to be edgier and more entertaining than anything PokerStars has brought you before, with each episode featuring guest appearances by the biggest names in poker, plus player interviews, live phone-ins and much more. Each show will also be fully interactive, with quizzes, competitions, Twitter posts and exclusive online tournaments for listeners. There will be $50,000 worth of prizes to play for, including entry tickets for WCOOP tournaments. In addition to the radio show, PokerStars will also be broadcasting the Inside WCOOP TV show every Tuesday during the series (September 13, 20 & 27). Each episode will be hosted by poker experts Nick Wealthall and Joe Stapleton, and feature the latest news and action from the biggest events on the schedule.
