PokerStars continues to be at the forefront in supporting women and poker.  The Women's Sunday is a popular event for female players.  Each player receives 3,000 in starting chips and a $50 bounty can be won each week by knocking out a member of PokerStars Team Pros.

Woman Poker Player will be offering a monthly free tournament that awards two $55 main event entries into the Women's Sunday, and seven $11 satellite entries. The tournament pays out the final table. This great event will provide more women with the opportunity to experience the Women's Sunday.

The first monthly Woman Poker Player tournament will be taking place this Saturday, June 18th at 3 p.m. est. The tournament is open to all women and is password protected.  Female players who would like to participate will simply need to join the community on Woman Poker Player to receive the password.  There is no cost to enter.
